卫星遥感技术在北京市森林资源监测中的应用

摘要: 北京市城市建设的快速发展迫切需求管理部门及时掌握森林资源的变化信息。通过对2012、2013年高分辨率卫星遥感影像解译、信息提取,形成了一套基于卫星遥感影像的资源监测技术,并利用此技术对北京市森林资源开展了监测。经验证,卫星遥感对于森林资源监测的总体精度达到90%以上,为传统人工地面调查方式提供了有利的补充,明显的提升了北京市森林资源监测的效率与水平,并可以为林政执法等其他林业业务管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: The rapid development of Beijing city construction urgently requires management agencies to grasp the changes in information of forest resources.This paper introduces the method that the high resolution remote sensing images are interpreted and information extracted,and a resource monitoring technology developed based on satellite images.And this technology is used in monitoring of Beijing forest resources.After verification,the overall accuracy of satellite remote sensing for forest resources monitoring reached more than 90%.This method provides useful supplement for the traditional artificial ground surveys,significantly enhances the efficiency and level of Beijing city forest resource monitoring,and can provide a reference for the forestry administration law enforcement and other forestry business management.
