摘要/Abstract

摘要： 伴随着我国集体林权制度改革的推进,全国各地私有林发展迅速,已经成为我国林业的重要组成部分。分析了现阶段我国私有林发展过程中存在的主要矛盾以及面临的主要问题,在此基础上提出了私有林发展的对策与建议,以期为我国林业政策的制定提供参考。

关键词: 私有林, 集体林权, 林地使用权, 林木产权

Abstract: With the advancement of collective forest land reform,the private forest has become an important part of forestry in our country.This paper analyzes the main contradictions and problems in the development process of the private forest in our country at the present stage,and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the private forest development so as to provide reference for the establishment of forestry policies in China.
