摘要/Abstract

摘要： 破坏林木资源犯罪案件是破坏森林资源犯罪案件一个主要类型,此类案件是以林木为具体侵害对象,破坏行为形成的结果具有暴露性、可观察性和可识别性,这些特点决定了此类案件的侦查过程中证据调查的范围与内容、手段具有自身的侧重点。

关键词: 林木资源, 案件, 侦查

Abstract: The investigation of timber resources is one of the main types of criminal cases in the destruction of forest resources. The timber resources are the specific objects of impairment in such cases. The results of the impairment can be observed and identifiable. Special emphasis should be put on these characteristics which determine the scope, content and means of evidence investigation.
