Abstract: In this paper,fuzzy synthetic evaluation was introduced into comprehensive benefit evaluation system and the under-forest economic benefits evaluation system was designed.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of the indexes of economic,social and ecological benefits,the under-forest economy comprehensive benefit evaluation model was constructed,and was applied to practical case analysis.
