摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从案件数量、性质、出入境类型等方面对厦门海关2006-2013年期间查获的濒危物种及其制品走私案件数据进行了统计分析。在此基础上,探讨了濒危物种及其制品走私行为发生的原因,并针对遏制和打击濒危物种及其制品走私活动,提出了对策建议。

关键词: 海关, 濒危物种, 走私, 案件

Abstract: In this paper , we reviewed the endangered species and products smuggling cases seized by Xiamen Customs from 2006 to 2013 , and analyzed the number of cases, the nature of the cases ,and entry exit characteristics of the cases and other aspects. Further , the key reasons for smuggling endangered species and their products were explored. Then we put forw ard some countermeasures and suggestions to curb and fight smuggling endangered species and products.
