摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以地理信息系统为核心,综合运用数据库管理和计算机网络等先进技术,研究建立了基于C/S和B/S环境下的省、市、县3级森林资源管理信息系统,实现了用户管理、数据管理、信息更新、查询浏览、统计分析、成果输出和信息发布等功能。三级系统独成体系、相互兼容、数据共享,实现了森林资源的逐级管理,为各级林业主管部门提供了技术平台,为社会大众提供了信息平台。

Abstract: This article described the design and realization of forest resource management system. Following the techno-route, this system realized the management of forest resource based on GIS, Database and Internet technologies. The users can manage, update, identify, analyse and output forestry resource information according to the system. The system, built on the technology of C/S and B/S, serves three levels of forestry management departments-province, town and county.These systems at the three levels can operate independently and compatibly and perform data sharing, which not only provide a technical platform for forestry management departments but also for the public.
