摘要/Abstract

摘要： 宽严相济刑事政策是当前刑事理论界和实务界非常关注的一项重要课题。阐述了森林公安应当从科学发展观高度认识宽严相济刑事政策以及实施该政策的重要现实意义,分析了宽严相济刑事政策的主要障碍,提出了在办理涉林刑事案件中贯彻落实宽严相济刑事政策的建议。

关键词: 宽严相济, 森林公安, 涉林犯罪

Abstract: The criminal policy of severity with leniency is an important issue which is concerned in the circle of criminal theory and practice.This paper elaborates the practical significance to forest police in understanding the criminal policy of severity with Leniency and its implementation from the angle of scientific development outlook.It also analyzes the main obstacles of implementing the policy and offers some suggestions on how to carry on it in the criminal cases involving forest.
