摘要： 退耕还林工程是落实科学发展观的集中体现,其政策措施贯穿了科学发展的理念,管理机制体现了以人为本的核心。当前,巩固和发展好退耕还林已有建设成果,继续稳步推进退耕还林工程建设是全面落实科学发展观赋予退耕还林工作的重大使命。

关键词: 退耕还林工程, 科学发展观, 思考

Abstract: The Project for Conversion of Cropland to Forest is a main measurement in implementing scientific development concept.The idea of scientific development runs through the whole project in terms of policy enforcement.The project management mechanism embodies the core of people-oriented outlook.Implementing the project steadily and consolidating the project achievements are the essential requirements of scientific development concept.
