摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了国外林业生物质能源林基地建设概况,阐述了我国林业生物质能源林基地建设现状,从树种资源、基地建设布局、发展资金投入、良种化程度、经营模式以及配套政策等方面对我国林业生物质能源林基地建设问题进行了前瞻性分析,并提出了对策建议。

关键词: 林业生物质能源, 能源林基地, 生物柴油

Abstract: This paper presents an overview of the construction of energy forest base abroad, and gives the status of its construction in our country. Then this paper provides a forward-looking analysis of the construction in terms of the tree-seed resources, layout of the base distribution, the investment for development, the well-breeding level, the managing model and the corresponding policies. At last, some countermeasures and suggestions are given.
