摘要： 从法律的角度分析了我国林地资源保护和管理的现状,总结了当前林地保护和管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: From the view of the law,the paper analyzes the current situation on the forestland resources protection and management of our country, points out the problems existing at present and puts forward the strategies to solve the problems.
