Study on Diameter Distribution of Pinus yunnanensis' Combustibles

Abstract

Abstract: Investigation was conducted on the combustibles of Pinus yunnanensis' canopy and the canopy was divided into three levels, that is 1 T-delay (<1cm), 10 T-delay (1～2.5cm) and 100 T-delay (≥2.5cm) according to the criteria. Then the relationship between different levels and different T-delay of the branches and leaves was analyzed. The results show that weight of canopy combustibles along with the diameter class increases., and the leaves are very closely related to occurance of forest fire,but can not completely determine the occurrance degree of forest fire.
