文冠果籽油生产生物柴油方法的研究进展

Research Advances in Processes of Biodiesel Production from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge Seed Oil

摘要: 概述了利用碱催化法,固体酸催化法和生物酶法制备文冠果籽油生物柴油的研究进展,比较了3种制备方法的优劣:碱催化法是比较成熟的工业化方法,被广泛采用,具有反应快、成本低的特点,但污染大;固体酸催化法优点是反应快,温度低,无环境污染,催化剂和共溶剂还可循环利用;生物酶法对游离脂肪酸和水不敏感,醇用量小,无污染,但成本高、反应慢。提出了影响文冠果籽油生物柴油产业化发展的因素及对策。

Abstract: This paper gives a comprehensive statement about the production processes of biodiesel production from Xanthoceras sorbifolia seed oil using alkali catalysis,solid acid catalysis and bio-enzymatic catalysis methods. Alkali catalysis method was widely used as a mature industrial way with fast reaction and low cost. However,it causes a heavy environmental pollution.Solid acid catalysis method was characterized by fast reaction,low temperature,no environmental pollution. Its catalyzer and cosolvent can be used repeatedly. Bio-enzymatic catalysis method was not sensitive to free fatty acid and water. It needs low alcohol without environmental pollution,but high cost,slow reaction were required. The limiting factors and advices on biodiesel industry were pointed out.
