This paper introduces the method for making the ArcPad software in the GPS-supporting PDA device.Taking the forest land law enforcement as an example and combined with the forestry spatial database,the method can provide technical reference for the forest land law enforcement by using ArcPad software to quickly judge the illegal action of the forest land destruction.
