Abstract

China's collective owned forests have a very large proportion in forestry.How to study the status of forest management and especially how to sum up the experience and address the existing problems timely in the tenure reform is very important to the forest management. The paper puts forward some suggestions on forest management in accordance with many practical investigations.It provides some reference for developing the forestry policy.
