The paper analysizes the status quo of forest rights disputes in Luzhai County,points out the main issues such as insufficiency,large difficulties,unsuitable system and many obstacles.Analysis is also made on the main reasons of disputes of forests in mounainous area.It puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
