通过对我国企业境外林业投资的现状分析,总结我国企业对外林业投资的若干特点,以及林业企业走出去开展对外投资合作的主要问题。从政策、财税金融、服务等方面提出了相关建议。
This paper analyzed the status quo of Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment in forestry and summarized some features of Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment in forestry,and main problems existing in the process of Chinese forestry enterprises’ investment and cooperation in foreign counties.In addition,the paper proposed suggestions from dimensions of policy,taxation,financing and services.
