结合昆明市现行林业管理机制和政策,总结营造林工作中现有的组织管理模式及其特点,分析了主要存在问题,提出了相关对策建议。

Abstract

On the basis of the current mechanism and policies of forestry management in Kunming,the authors summarized the existing organization and management modes and its characteristics in afforestation work,and analyzed the main existing problems.Then,the authors put forward some constructive countermeasures and suggestions for afforestation work.
