以国有林场改革试点的批复与实施为契机,分析了截至2013年底我国国有林场的改革与发展、森林资源保护与培育、基础设施建设、扶贫和产业发展状况,探讨中央6号文出台后国有林场改革与发展的重大问题,以期为国有林场下一步工作提供借鉴与参考。
Taking the approval and implementation of the reform pilot of the state-owned forest farms as an opportunity,this paper analyzed the current situation of state-owned forest farms in China by the end of 2013 and the current status of the reform and development,forest resources conservation and cultivation,infrastructure construction,poverty alleviation and industrial development.The key issues of reform and development of state-owned forest farms after the introduction of the central No.6.Documents were also discussed.All of these will provide reference for the future work of the state-owned forest farms.
