摘要

在论述乡村振兴战略形成及背景的基础上,分析其科学内涵,阐述其实现路径和面临的挑战,继而从林草产业体系建设、林草生态体系建设、林草文化体系建设、林草治理体系建设、林草经营体系建设等5个方面,论述了林草部门助力乡村振兴,实现“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的5个路径和方向,最后针对面临的挑战提出了建议。

Abstract

On the basis of discussing the formation and background of rural revitalization strategy,analyzes its scientific connotation,expounds its realization pathways and the challenges it faces,then it discusses the five pathways and directions of the forestry and grassland sector to promote the rural revitalization and realizes" industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,affluent life" from five aspects:forestry and grassland industry system construction,forestry and grassland ecological system construction,forestry and grassland culture system construction,forestry and grassland governance system construction,forestry and grassland management system construction,in the end,put forwards some suggestions for the challenges.
