以云南省大关县为例,在对竹类资源概况、发展现状和存在问题分析的基础上,提出了构建县域竹产业的思路,突出筇竹特色培育人工竹林,构建产业发展科技支撑体系,重视产业开发人才队伍建设,大力培植笋竹加工龙头企业,实施品牌战略拓展市场空间,培育新型经营主体创新发展模式,制定产业发展扶贫优惠政策等竹产业发展的对策和建议。

The article takes Daguan County,Yunnan Province as an example,and based on an analysis of bamboo resources,development status and existing problems,it proposes the idea of constructing a county-level industry puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of bamboo industry,such as highlighting the cultivation of artificial bamboo forest with Qiongzhueatumidinoda characteristics,building a scientific and technological support system for industrial development,attaching importance to the construction of industrial development talents,vigorously fosteringleading enterprises in bamboo shoots processing,implementing brand strategy to expand market space,cultivatinginnovative development models for new business entities,formulating preferential policies for industrial development and poverty alleviation and so on.
