西南林区作为我国第二大林区,依托丰富的森林资源优势,拥有巨大的发展潜力。由于政策资金、地理环境等因素,区内林业产业发展不平衡,严重制约林区林业经济发展。本文从产业结构研究的角度,采用偏离-份额分析法(Shift-share Method)对西南林区的产业结构进行分析得出结论,以期为制定林业产业发展目标、发展规模及合理布局提供依据。

As the second large forest area in China,the southwest forestry area has abundant forest resources and big development potential.Concurrently,because of policy,finance,geography and other factors,the unbalanced development of forest industry in this area lead to the stagnancy of forestry economic development.In this paper,the author summarizes the development of the southwest forest area and analyses the industrial structure of forest industry in this area by using Shift-share method.
