综合了国内外郊野公园的建设、管理的理论和经验,从上海社会、经济、文化、生态的特点出发,从目标、功能、理论、技术、建设和管理等方面提出了上海发展郊野公园的发展策略,以期为相关主管部门提供决策依据。
Country parks are considered as convenient places of rural recreation for citizens in urbanized area.Country parks have been developed for 50 years in Britain and other commonwealth nations,and the functions of country parks include:leisure and recreation,natural preservation,environmental education,community interaction etc.Shanghai,as a metropolis in the world,is urgent to develop country parks.The theory and experiences of construction and management of country parks were composed firstly in this paper. Then,according to the characteristics of society,economics,culture and ecology of Shanghai,the strategy of development of country parks in Shanghai was put forward.
