摘要

结合对我国陕北地区退耕还林工程的研究,通过频度分析、专家咨询、理论分析和层次分析等方法,客观合理地筛选评价指标并确定指标权重,构建了适合于陕北地区退耕还林生态健康评价的指标体系。该评价体系可为当地维持退耕还林健康发展及可持续经营提供科学依据,同时也可为我国退耕还林生态健康评价实践工作提供参考。

Abstract

On the basis of the research on China’s Grain for Green Project in Northern Shaanxi and through methods such as frequency analysis,expert consultation,theoretical analysis and hierarchical analysis,we have objectively and reasonably screened evaluation indexes and determined the weight of indicators for building the Grain-for-Green Ecological Health Assessment System,which applies to Northern Shaanxi.The evaluation system not only provides a scientific basis for maintaining the local Grain for Green healthy development and sustainable management,but also offers some references for our practical work on ecological health assessment in this area.
