政府与社会是大力推进绿化建设、持续改善生态环境的重要力量。在分析北京市绿化建设社会参与实践和成效的基础上,总结提出了当前北京市绿化建设社会参与面临的突出问题,从培养公众参与意识、强化企业社会责任、拓展多种参与渠道、积极吸引社会投资、推动绿化事业改革、加强制度法规保障等六个方面提出了今后北京市加强绿化建设社会参与的对策建议。
The government and the public play an important role in promoting the greening construction and improving the eco-environment. Based on the analysis of the practice and related effects of social participation in Beijing's greening construction, the main problems of the social participation in greening construction in Beijing were further summarized. Moreover, suggestions to enhance the social participation in Beijing's greening construction were proposed from six aspects, including cultivating the consciousness of public participation, strengthening the social responsibility of the enterprises, expanding the ways of participation, actively attracting social investment, promoting the reformation of greening construction, and strengthening the laws and regulations.
