Abstract: This paper reviews China's wetland protection legislation from two stages,sums up major achievements in legal construction of wetland conservation and analyzes its main problems.Meanwhile,the author's prospects of introducing a state-level comprehensive legislation concerning wetland protection,enhancing its overall coordination and organization construction are put forward.
