Investigation of the Evidence of the Number of Trees in the Criminal Cases Involving Forest Resources Destruction

Abstract

Abstract: The number of trees is the important evidence of the filing,investigation,prosecution and trial of criminal cases involving the destruction of forest resources. The evidence system of the number of trees,which reflects the objective truth of the case,is composed of the basic evidence reflecting the number of trees and the appraisal opinion of the stumpage volume and value. This paper discusses the investigation request of the number of trees,aiming at investigating and collecting the evidence comprehensively and objectively to promote the smooth investigation of the cases.
