Abstract: The criminal policy of severity with leniency is an important issue which is concerned in the circle of criminal theory and practice.This paper elaborates the practical significance to forest police in understanding the criminal policy of severity with Leniency and its implementation from the angle of scientific development outlook.It also analyzes the main obstacles of implementing the policy and offers some suggestions on how to carry on it in the criminal cases involving forest.
