Abstract: Several issues are analysed in the checking and accepting of the project of conversion from cropland to forest on the basis of the experience in the work of management and checking of the project.The important steps for the work are dissected according to the policy and rules of the government. In the meantime, suggestions on improving the checking and accepting work are put forward.
