Abstract: With the example of the estimation of demands of occupation and requisition of forestland during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan in HunanProvince, a regression model for the overall scale of construction land was build with SPSS13.0, and also the method of estimation for the demand of occupation and requisition of forestland was discussed in this paper.
