Abstract: It is an effective way to realize the purpose of making clean water and green mountains into the gold and silver hills by driving the trade of ecological products such as forestry carbon sequestration.This paper introduces the first Farmer Households Forest Management Carbon Trade System in the world established by the China Green Carbon Foundation.The logic and trade pattern of the system is scientific and normative,strictly controlled,and closely connected.The trade trial in Lin’an City,Zhejiang Province is illustrated.It is also pointed out how important it is to help the forest farmers strengthen the results of collective forestry property rights system reform in the way of carbon trading,and how important it is to realize the monetization of ecological services in China in multiple channels.
