Abstract: This thesis introduces the ideas and methods for forest low-carbon landuse for adapting to climatic changes in Germany,analyzes the characteristics of the forest plan on climatic change. According to the forest low-carbon landuse practices in China,the thesis proposes some policy and technical advices for forestry work on climatic change.
