Abstract: The southern collective forest region is a key fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest region.Based on the questionnaire diagnoses of fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest management practices in four provinces,the paper discussed collective forest tenure reform impact on southern fast-growing and high-yielding management.Fast-growing and high-yielding timber forest management scale must be enlarged in southern collective forest region.Cooperative management should be applied for overcoming various influencing factors to achieve collective forest tenure reform goals.
