Abstract: Five permenant standard plots of phyllostachys pubeslens are established in the Ronggong village of Shangping township and the changing of the winter-bamboo-shoot’s quantity, individual and morphological growth in the different years and rainfall from the years of 2001 to 2005 are observed. The results indicated that the individual of the winter-bamboo-shoot is smaller and the morphology is more “rat-mouth” shaped, with the rainfall of 70mm.The study will provide a theory reference for production and practice in improving the moistural conditions of phyllostachys pubeslens stands and increasing the benefits.
